"Sandy was absolutely AMAZING!! From the start, it was obvious she had done her homework. She recommended a list price for our home that was higher than what we were thinking but ended up being the perfect number. She was very responsive and communicated well and frequently, which was a must for us. She set everything out in the beginning so we had realistic expectations. When occasional bumps in the road appeared, they came as no surprise because she had informed us of their potential. Because of this, we were prepared and had quick solutions.
